Terms of sale

These terms apply when you browse or buy from tailscape.com.au. Tailscape is an Australian-owned business based in Queensland. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our shipping & returns and privacy pages.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Offers and discount codes run for the time stated and can’t be swapped for cash. Where a code has conditions (for example, one use per customer), they’re shown at checkout.
• If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before your order ships and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you’ve paid, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is $5.95, or free on orders of $59 or more, and orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen with couriers, customs and busy periods, and we’ll help chase anything that goes missing.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll replace or refund it. We don’t offer change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.

Every dog is different. Please supervise your dog with any new product until you know how they use it, check gear regularly for wear, and stop using anything that’s damaged. Our products aren’t a substitute for advice from your vet.

The photos, text, logo and design on this site belong to Tailscape (or are used with permission). Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
